For our office in Hamburg we are looking for a

(Junior) Manager, Strategy & Transformation (f/m/d)

The position is part of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team whose goal is to "Connect strategy with execution and continuously improve and connect our business globally to enable profitable growth, support our internationalisation strategy and to deliver measurable efficiencies."

Your responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Strategy & Transformation team (part of the COO Office) with execution of strategic initiatives, Project and Project Portfolio Management and operational effectiveness
  • Help to align stakeholders’ requirements across functions and asset classes
  • Support in steering global projects and execute on project tasks
  • Collaborate closely with the IT side to ensure business needs are understood and translated effectively into digital solutions
  • Drive the development of key metrics and increase measurability across our projects and the COO Office
  • Support to further implement an effective strategy execution system (OKRs) and agile management methods at Aquila

Your qualifications

  • Previous experience at a top tier consulting firm and/or fast-paced and rapidly growing start-up
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in agile or lean methodologies
  • Experience with multi-national transformation and strategy implementation programmes desirable
  • Previous experience in implementing OKRs (internally or externally) is advantageous
  • Service-oriented and self-driven personality, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and German, Spanish is a plus
