(Junior) Assortment & Purchasing Manager - Fragrance (m/f/d)

Our Assortment Team for the Fragrance category ensures that we have the best in class products to offer to our customers in our online platform. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical, stakeholder management skills and understanding of the beauty industry by managing your own suppliers and performing market research to identify opportunities.

What you can expect in this role

• You will be part of our assortment & purchasing team for the Fragrance category and support in operational supplier management
• This means, you independently schedule, plan, hold and follow up on supplier meetings
• You act as an interface between our suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as Category Management, Trade Marketing, Campaign Management and Supply Chain Management for inquiries
• Furthermore, you are responsible for brand and trend scouting as well as onboarding new brands & products
• You carry out brand, trend, and competitor analysis with an assortment focus and identify white spots for assortment
• Additionally, you keep your portfolio performance in check with regular analysis of KPIs and flag challenges to improve performance

Your essential experience and education

• Academic background in business administration, ideally with a focus on purchasing or marketing, or a comparable degree or training
• Initial experience in Assortment & Purchasing or category management. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus!
• You are familiar with e-commerce and performance KPIs and enjoy evaluating and analyzing data
• Strong skills with MS Office / G-Suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
• Business fluent in German and English
• A high level of motivation, a hands-on mentality and a strong team player spirit
• You have an open, customer-oriented, and above all friendly and professional communication style
• You work independently and are passionate about beauty products and especially Fragrances

• Full transparency:For this role, we have a salary band between 38,000€ and 50,000€ gross per year for a Junior position and 48,000€ and 63,000€ for a Manager position. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process
