Reporting directly to our Senior Director, Services the Junior Consultant Professional Services will support in providing guidance and advice to customers with regards to best practice of product data management, syndication of product content and implementation of related technical solutions.

As JuniorConsultant Professional Services at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

• Supporting the implementation of our technical products and solutions in the area of product content management

• Supporting our customers from trade and industry, including planning and support during the implementation process

• Recording of customer requirements

• Conducting internal and external training sessions and support in workshops

• Acting as a point of contact for internal teams with questions about our products and solutions

• Creating and updating documentation

• Coordination of collaboration with the Technology, Sales and Customer Service departments

Required Skills and Experience:

• Successful completion of a degree in economics with a focus on business administration, information technology or (business) informatics

• 2-5 years of proven experience in technical project management and knowledge of project management methods

• GDSN attribute and choreography knowledge preferred

• Experience in the successful planning and realization of technical implementation projects, e.g. machine-2-machine integration, DAM or PIM solutions preferred

• Experience in conducting training courses and workshops preferred

• Effective communication skills to distill key message and impacts

• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken

Desired Skills and Experience:

• You are characterized by your technical affinity and enjoy advising customers

• Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent communication skills and team spirit

• Knowledge of product master data management and / or data syndication with GDSN

• Customer and service orientation

• Ideally already have an industry background in FMCG, health care or DIY

• You are flexible and willing to travel

• Detail oriented, but able to handle ambiguity

• Additional language skills, e.g. French, preferred

Additional Details:

• This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in Germany.

• This position requires up to 20% travel.
