Job DescriptionIn order to support “Digital Shop Floor” Team, Airbus Aerostructures is looking for aIT in OT Specialist (d/f/m)Who we are?As a team, we represent all IT departments to the production site. Whether it’s cybersecurity, development, IT project management, service management, or product management, we cover it all. We are the first point of contact for customers on the shop floor and represent some of the most critical applications used on the site. While we may not be directly responsible for every component, we bridge the gap between end users, OEMs, and IT to develop comprehensive solutions.Your locationYou will be working at our Stade location. Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You’ll be the go-to expert in identifying, categorizing, diagnosing, and resolving IT in OT related problems at the industrial asset level.
  • Plan, install, and configure software and hardware with ease, empowering you to optimize operations.
  • Take charge of managing network equipment at the machine level, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient performance.
  • Seamlessly manage accounts and workstations, streamlining user access and productivity.
  • Safeguard passwords, file system security, and data integrity, ensuring utmost protection for critical information.
  • Stay ahead of the game by managing, maintaining, updating, and upgrading systems and software with the latest releases.
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting new projects, conducting data flow evaluations, and accurately calculating budgets.
  • Be the responsible curator of hardware and software documentation and inventory, ensuring smooth IT data management.
  • Take ownership of managing hardware and software licensing, optimizing resources and compliance.
  • Ensure business continuity by maintaining reliable backup and restore mechanisms aligned with established policies.
  • Assist in the responsible disposal of IT components according to policies, contributing to a sustainable future.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on systems by monitoring and applying relevant security measures such as antivirus protection.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
  • You have completed your education or studies in computer science, information science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields.
  • You possess industrial experience with production machinery and equipment.
  • You have a good understanding of hardware, software, and network technology.
  • You are capable of effectively communicating complex concepts in both German and English.
