YOUR ROLE

  • With more than 3.000 employees in 7 locations and a corporate unit in Düsseldorf, Henkel global business solutions (GBS) is providing a broad range of value-adding activities and business partnering around the globe to all business units and functions, representing one of the most developed global business solutions organizations in industry
  • Join the global HR services team within GBS with more than 200 employees in 4 locations
  • Together with the global head of GBS HR services you will be based in Düsseldorf and play an active role in implementing and supporting the roll-out of our strategic priorities for GBS HR services
  • Gain significant insights into our global HR services and how to manage and carry out global operations
  • Be a part of our global team and support our day-to-day operations
  • Have the chance to work on dedicated projects to improve our operational processes, enhance the way we collaborate and/or shape our strategic agenda
  • Have strong interactions with our global GBS teams and our stakeholders where applicable

YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully passed at least 2 years of business administration or similar studies, ideally with focus on human resources (Bachelor or Master)
  • First relevant practical experiences through internships preferred
  • Excellent English (written, oral)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, conceptual and analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and positive team-player with high level of energy
  • Preferred starting date within Q1 2022 and preferred duration of 6 months
