The Team:
The Customer Advocacy team is responsible for activating customer advocates for various needs such as event speaking opportunities, discussion with other customers/prospects and developing success stories that can be used with prospects and customers in order to support and inspire others. The aim is to develop a Customer Advocacy journey and partnerships with the customers
The Role:
Advocacy Activation: the intern/working studentwill have opportunities to work on a diverse set of Advocacy initiatives and will gain capabilities in customer relationship building, story telling, data management & accuracy across our customer references, marketing tools, event preparations and other skill-sets.
The work you’ll do:
- Conduct interviews with Sales/Customer Value Managers for story qualification
- Support assets development to showcase our customer’s success (web stories, blogs, videos)
- Own some part of the event speaker sourcing following the customer advocacy process
- Deliver regular refreshes on the updated processes for Customer Advocacy (Customer value group)
- Regular catch up with to the Senior Manager Customer Advocacy in Europe
- Support execution of new slide sprints (Europe and Global)
The qualifications you need:
- Master Degree level or advanced studies
- Requirement: proven project management experiences, excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Requirement: English - Full professional proficiency and ideally native German. Spanish & French is a plus
- Highly organized, outcomes-oriented
- Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint and GDrive and value building relationships with colleagues and customers alike
- Think creatively
- Enjoy social media and have a great interest in software
- Be a team player and provide support in several different types of projects to help increase marketing impact on the business
