Numa (formerly COSI) is a hospitality brand, offering uniquely designed apartments for the modern traveler. We develop and operate a new category of lifestyle apartments whether it is for you weekend city trip, business travel or temporary home

Our apartments are located in the most exciting neighbourhoods and cities and make you feel like a local. Numa offers consistent quality and guest experiences no matter where your next trip will take you. To achieve our mission Numa is building a proprietary technology and data platform connecting hospitality services, real estate and guest experiences. For our Accounting team, we are looking for a smart, diligent and financially literate individual to whom we can entrust the accounting of our operational entities.

Your mission

  • Handle accounts payable side of your entities including preparation of supplier
payments
  • Oversee the regular accounting process of 3-5 of our legal entities / locations and
make sure that our closing deadlines are met
  • Work closely with internal teams and external accounting providers, manage
exchange of necessary information/data, check and support the completion of task
and open questions
  • Be the go to person when it comes to detailed accounting questions of your entities
Your profile

  • You are enrolled at university or recently graduated
  • You are available for a full time position
  • You have previous (internship) experience with Accounting or general Finance
  • You are interested in learning more about Finance & Accounting in special
  • Ideally you have worked with Accounting, Banking or ERP systems before
  • Fluent German language skills, English would be an asset
