Our business has seen double digit growth in 2021 due to the increase of people looking to relocate and work remotely. We have offices in Barcelona, London, Paris and Cologne and were recently voted by Tech5 as one of the “hottest start-ups” in Germany!

To support our growing Human Resources Team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (f/m/d). This is a great opportunity for you to gain practical experience in the field of HR and to be closely involved in the processes from the very beginning. Does this sound like your next challenge? Tasks

How you are part of our success story:
  • You will take responsibility in the recruitment process, e.g. conducting HR calls, candidate communication, creation of job descriptions
  • You will support and work on important processes of the employee cycle such as Onboarding and Offboarding
  • You take on a wide range of administrative tasks and create HR-relevant documents
  • You are responsible for maintaining employee data and personnel files
  • You support the entire office management
  • You take on smaller projects
  • You support our HR team in other tasks in the area of process optimisation and in the optimisation of workflows
Requirements

What you need to convince us:
  • You are studying Business Administration, Psychology or a course of study with a focus on HR
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the HR field
  • Your excellent attention to detail and analytical way of thinking distinguishes you
  • Teamwork and a good time management are among your strengths
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and great communication skills
  • You speak English (our company language) and German fluently
  • Your possible start date for a 3-6 month full-time internship is December/January
