Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Support the team in their function as in-house consulting and support for the human resource management system, SuccessFactors
  • Support the team in terms of enhancing existing HR processes and support during the rollout of SuccessFactors modules across the organization in documentation and testing activities and participate in the implementation
  • Handle 1st level support tasks, answer process-related questions and maintain organizational data
  • Translate business requirements into IT
  • Create training materials for key HR processes such as recruitment, performance review, goal setting, or learning management
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Manage and improve quality of HR masterdata

What we expect of you

  • Experience in HR digitalization, systems, and processes
  • Degree in the field of: business, economics, IT or equivalent
  • An enthusiastic collaborator, but also self-initiating and motivated to work autonomously
  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required
  • Fluency in English and intermediate German language skills
  • Advanced MS-Excel Skills
