Job Description

The Attraction & Mobility team is now looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe that will manage the Talent Acquisition team across Europe. Position will report to VP talent Attraction and Mobility based in Oslo, Norway. This role will cover Germany, Southern Europe, France, Netherlands, Poland, and Albania and consists of a team of 8-10 TA advisors.
Your role:
- Line management responsibility for TA advisors based across Europe including responsibility for ensuring the continued success of the global Talent Acquisition strategy and new ways of working
- Improve and continually update an efficient TA strategy for the region to improve proactive recruitment, meet growth targets, and business performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions across professional recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience (internally and externally)
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Defining and/or managing certain A&M related projects (in coordination with the Head of TA Nordics & UK/IRL) focused on continuous improvement
- Work with key stakeholders to advise on recruiting tactics and measures including annual recruitment forecasting and long term workforce planning.
- Contribute and support optimization of internal recruitment and internal mobility
- Working with the Employer Branding and Early Careers areas to ensure implementation, activation and reflection of Statkraft Employer Brand Strategy and EVP into the talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- You will have 8-10+ years` experience working with and executing recruitment both internally and externally including direct experience leading a team. Experience within the energy sector would be an asset.
- Experience of applicant tracking systems (ATS) technology and recruitment data/KPIs is an asset
- Up to date knowledge of employer branding (communication and activity based) on a multi-local basis and connected to recruitment marketing
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple markets and presentation skills
- English language (another European language such as Germany would be an asset)
- Experience driving /leading talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects to drive TA performance and efficiencies
- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
- Proven track record of increasing talent sourcing and driving metrics within an organisation by improving direct hiring and hiring manager/candidate experience.
