Tasks

Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of the leadership team, you will lead all aspects of product in a significant period of expansion where the performance and contribution of the core products will be a critical determinant in overall success. You will drive and own the day-to-day development, delivery, and operation of the Avi Medical product set at all levels in partnership with the engineering and design teams. Furthermore, you will provide extensive business and commercial insights to determine how products deliver clear value for users and lay the first foundations for product marketing, technical collateral, and positioning as the de facto product evangelist both internally and externally to Avi Medical.

• Lead and own product management to develop and launch an end-to-end platform experience that fulfills the market and service level requirements in primary healthcare
• Operate as a key executive leader in the leadership team and demonstrate a co-founder mentality in order to execute on all aspects of the product at pace in partnership with the Founders
• Drive the product roadmap for all products and ensure it is constantly evolved, refined, prioritized, sequenced, and communicated to ensure cohesive execution and efficient delivery
• Hire and lead high-quality product management resources and supplement expertise gaps and resource constraints through consistently attracting domain leading expertise
• Implement a consistent communication methodology, organizational structure, and working practice for product throughout to enhance coordination, alignment, reporting, and performance between key stakeholders and teams

Requirements

• Pedigree academic background or requisite career experiences, ideally within a technical discipline from a globally recognized institution or successful experiences gained in a leading company environment
• Significant experience and expertise in designing, building, and launching high-quality digital consumer, marketplace, or SaaS products at a high transaction/user scale
• Proven leadership abilities formed in leading software product environment operating in contemporary practices for functional ownership, agile delivery, and data-driven performance
• Expertise in building integrated product organizations through organisational development, establishment of a working method and effectively attracting and hiring expert talent
• Personal interest and engagement in the context of healthcare and an appetite and commitment to build a category leading business from an early phase to a successful outcome where significant value is created
