Head of Process Control Technology - Elberfeld (m/f/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
  • You are responsible for group resources and have the expertise for:
    • Engineering and construction of process control technology installations at the Elberfeld site
    • Supply of technical knowledge in the area of Process Control Technology including project management (for example development of project plans and calculations)
  • Stakeholder management in complex communities, workflows and projects
  • Maintenance and development of network throughout Engineering & Technology (E&T) and Bayer with respect to Process Control Technology
  • Continuous improvement of efficiency and excellence of project work in the group
  • You are able to lead, manage and develop internal as well as external resources and partnerships including attraction, hiring, inspiration and development of talents in line with E&T strategy
  • You are responsible as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Process Control Technology in the area market overview and technology development
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
  • PhD or Master’s degree in engineering (or comparable field)
  • Long-term professional work experience as project area manager or engineering manager in investment projects
  • You have a solid understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and related pharmaceutical regulations
  • Very high leadership, management and stakeholder skills
  • You have strong planning skills in order to build motivated, passionate, diverse and capable teams
  • International and multicultural experience is preferable
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
  • High level communication skills in English and German
Wuppertal-Elberfeld is the preferred location, but the position can be also carried out as a remote activity.
