Tasks

  • Support and direct reporting line to our Director Operations
  • You are the HR Business Partner and contact person for our managers and employees in all matters relating to HR
  • You are responsible for our contract management, preparation of certificates and correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies
  • Preparatory payroll accounting in cooperation with our external service provider
  • In order to fill our vacancies in the best possible way, you will optimally manage our recruiting process from defining of the requirement profile and placement of the advertisement in all relevant channels, incl. active sourcing, conducting selection interviews in German and English and ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Development of decision based on labor law issues, learning & development, performance management, employer branding etc.
  • Your mission is to take HR to the very next level
  • Ensure a close collaboration with the HR team at Shop Apotheke Europe
Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources ideally in a start-up environment
  • Experience as a people leader hiring and developing high performance teams
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • Sense of ownership, high degree of initiative, commitment, and organizational skills
  • You prefer to tackle challenges proactively and in a structured way rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Very confident knowledge of MS Office, HRIS and API Systems
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
