• Set up of a modern working capital management organization
• Development of a debt restructuring strategy which supports the Group’s overall business plan
• Management of Investor Relations
• Implementation of a new Corporate Finance & Liquidity Planning tool
• Securing the cash and liquidity workflows incl. Hedging of FX and fuel
• Continuous drive to develop a modern Corporate Finance and Treasury organization through implementation of better systems and processes

• Previous work experience in a related field
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• Professional accounting designation will be a plus
• Experience with a Treasury Management System
• Very good English and German language skills
• Excellent numeracy and analytical ability
• Very good leadership skills
