How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for the Head of Accounting Processes & Systems Germany managing project implementations and new IT tool deployments. As part of the role, you will also:
  • Implement global automation projects and IT tools in time and in Budget without business disruptions
  • Drive process harmonization and implement changes in IT applications
  • Drive the SAP S4 implementation in selective Regional Entities as per defined IT roadmap in collaboration with Siemens Energy
  • Lead a global team of 5 IT and Process experts
  • Communicate, influence and present complex concepts to diverse Senior stakeholders
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders in other Regions and Corporate functions
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
  • An academic degree in Computer Science, or similar
  • Several years of demonstrable project manage experience preferably in both Finance and IT areas
  • You have expert consultant knowledge in working with SAP and other Finance applications
  • You possess strong communication skills and be solution-oriented
  • You are experienced in leading a global team
  • Experience to frequently work with senior management
  • You are fluent in English and German
