Your responsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced and open minded Growth Manager (F/M/D) to join our Sales team on our mission to revolutionize the world of electronics. At CELUS, we believe the smartest way to design electronics is through the AI powered CELUS Engineering Platform. Your role will be to ensure the expansion of users, community engagement and identification of any potential growth.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build and manage the CELUS community and identify business development opportunities
- Be the CELUS Platform evangelist
- Build relationship with users and community
- Lead and moderate the CELUS user’s community
- Host events, manage conferences and university meet-ups
- Maximize user growth and based on data, convert regular users to users for paid services
- Drive the commercial side of our product-led growth strategy
- Contribute to the creation of an aggressive growth plan and execute accordingly
- Cooperate with sales, product and marketing colleagues on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing or Electronics Engineering is a plus
- Min 5 years experience as Growth Manager in start-up with a proven track of users growth
- Working experience with product-led growth
- Proven track of working with community
- Experience working with a software product in technology industry
- Good understanding of engineering challenges
- Very strong communication, facilitation skills and customer orientation
- Be flexible to experiment, learn and find different path for success
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent English speaking and writing is a must
- Ready to work in multicultural environment
- An agile, innovative, and open-minded working atmosphere in a great international team, with a flat hierarchy and fast decision-making processes
