Global IAM Lead
What to expect:
  • Establish and enhance a global identity and access management security roadmap that takes into account people, process, and technology
  • Provide IT and business owners advice on identity and access management security for diverse products and technologies.
  • Current knowledge of and practical expertise with IAM services deployment and operationalization, including but not restricted to identity governance, authentication, single sign-on, administration, access management, certification, and privileged access.
  • Oversee the IAM Operations team and collaborate with Managed Service Providers on IAM architecture process, personnel, and technology requirements and updates
  • Participate in reviewing and developing enterprise IAM solutions
  • Provide information and serve as a subject-matter expert on fundamental Identity and Access Management concepts, with a focus on Authentication and Authorization systems
  • Be in charge of and maintain the frameworks, policies, and processes for change assessment and management
Personal Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree at the very least IT/IS/Business/Technology
  • At least one of the key security credentials, such as the CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSK, Certified CISO, PMP, etc., or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of management experience overseeing security teams and organisations for identification and access management
  • Ten or more years of experience in a related field, such as identity and access governance (including role-based access control, access request, and certification), technical architecture, or installation, integration, and deployment of IAM technology (such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock), in a working environment
  • Proven ability to influence or negotiate with senior management on important issues.
  • Many years of expertise overseeing projects using Agile approaches throughout the whole system development lifecycle
  • Showcase consulting abilities with IT Security concepts and tactics, such as cultural change, communication, and the design of performance assessment systems
  • Promote a culture of security-driven innovation, experimentation, rigour, and continuous improvement while successfully embracing and leading change
  • Proven ability to communicate with leadership team successfully through written, verbal, and presentation abilities
