We are ScaleUplab - the new way to start and scale your startup.

Launched three years ago, today we support the most innovative and successful Startups on the scene such as Beautyself, advocado or DataGuard.

What drives us? Young companies need sparring partners who tick as much as they do to become successful - but many have already burned their fingers on a traditional management consultancy.

That’s why our motto is: "From founders for founders”. Together with already successful founders we have developed a model especially for start-ups - individual, entrepreneurial-driven and without consulting bullshit. With ScaleUplab we want to become the No.1 contact point for Startup Consulting in Europe and help more and more founders to build their startup into a successful business.

Tasks
  • you are head of our Business Development team: Leading teams and creating and implementing market-strategies is what you are passioned about
  • you develop a deep understanding of B2B business and e-commerce by analyzing our companies strategies, structures and processes in own projects
  • you have a feeling for trends and innovative business strategies and help to make strategic and operational decisions
  • Sales activities and business meetings with our partners and clients belong to your daily tasks
Requirements
  • you are currently studying or just finished your studies in economics, management, an e-commerce related subject or similar
  • you have entrepreneurial experience and a passion for e-commerce, communication and startups
  • you work with a hands-on mentality and like to work on operational tasks as well as on strategic decisions
  • skills in digital marketing and SEO are a plus
  • analytical thinking is one of your strengths, as well as your practical way of working
  • excellent English and German language skills (C1)
  • you love to face challenges and become a passionate member of ScaleupLab
