Tasks

  • Developing and producing reliable adhoc- and standard-reports for the DEKRA Group
  • Connecting different data sources and compiling heterogenous data sets for answering complex reporting requests
  • Analyzing data and statistics on international headcount developments
  • Identifiying patterns and trends and communicating findings to the management
  • Optimizing data-related HR processes and workflows
  • Ensuring consistent data quality across the reporting portfolio
  • Implementing new reporting tools
  • Participating in project work - such as employee survey and SuccessFactors roll-out
  • Aligning with different stakeholders, for example IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal
  • Establishing HR Analytics methodology in the global HR community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration or Human Resources
  • Broad experiences in HR Controlling or related roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Solid knowledge of SAP BW Query, story reporting in SuccessFactors, Microsoft EXCEL
  • Ability to work well in a transforming HR environment - on individual tasks and in a team setting
  • Experience in working independently and taking over responsibility
  • Data savvy and high attention to detail – even under time pressure
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
