  • Supporting the management as well as the Sales Manager Western Europe in the strategic development of the subsidiaries in Western Europe (GB, NL, BE, FR)
  • Strategic development of the target markets in close cooperation with the local subsidiaries including joint implementation of the required activities in all phases of the sales campaigns
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of business plans as well as the planning and implementation of related processes
  • You will manage and monitor sales and marketing projects, such as the expansion and further development of sales channels and the roll-out of digital sales services
  • Additionally you will support budget planning, create presentations/decision proposals and take over the preparation and implementation of workshops
Seeked profile:Your profile:
  • Successfully completed technical or business degree, a postgraduate MBA degree is an advantage
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good communication skills
  • You combine a high degree of self-reliance with a focus on excellent results
  • Fluent in English, good language skills in German, further language skills are an advantage
  • High willingness to travel within Western Europe (approx. 40-60%) and intercultural competence
