Your areas of responsibilities:

Ensure market feedback is considered in new product development
Challenge/modify/ continuously improve & validate project concepts/ product modules at early stages
Alignment of concept requirements with Product Management
Handover of assessed concept to R&D Quality
Assures compliance and quality of our products for relevant markets
Manages due diligence before go to market
Organizing and planning of quality resources for projects
Coaches and develops the direct reports in terms of tools and skills
Defines and maintains the quality requirements for different product categories
Highlights compliance risks and non-conformities

Your profile of qualification:

Successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Mechatronics, Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable)
Proven knowledge about quality planning (e.g. APQP, QVP or RGA) ideally in consumer goods industry
Several years of engineering or development background preferably in consumer goods products
Experience in leading, coaching and developing international teams
Willingness to travel to our production sites in China (25%)
Fluent in business English
Analytical and result-oriented person, with excellent communication skills
