Your prospective job:

  • You are acting as a Digital Trust Solutions Service Manager for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational activities of the Digital Signature and Digital Certificate Processes and its execution with End Users, Customers and Business Owners
  • Design, update and maintain processes, procedures and policies
  • Manage Communication via various channels for Information and Marketing Purposes
  • Manage Supplier and Vendors, Contracts, SLA and KPI analysis to identify patterns and trends and drive performance improvement
  • Lead end to end all levels of support activities, communication, procedures, documation in scope of Digital Certificates and Digital Signature
  • Delivery requirements and roles in scope of Enterprise PKI Trusted Roles
  • Identify and Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction
  • Drive stability for all technologies and services, including automation of processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of new and existing ADTS Services, including project and continuous improvement activities

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in computer sciences or comparable
  • Experience in information systems, ideally in digital signature solutions and PKI solutions and services required
  • Experience in Managing internal HUB Pages, ServiceNow ITSM Tool and mass communication
  • Knowledge in IT Security, Cryptography, Digital Certificates, PKI and Standards such as SPEC42, x.509 is desired
  • Knowledge in Digital Signature and its standards such as eIDAS is desired
  • Knowledge in Data Privacy especially GDPR is a plus
  • Knowledge in IT Security, Cryptography, Digital Certification, PKI, Digital Signature is desired
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, French, German or Spanish would be an advantage
