The ZEISS Digital Partners (ZDP) realize cutting-edge customer-centric digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units. Additionally, ZDP co-drives the ZEISS wide strategic program for Digital Ecosystem Enablement.

Your role at ZEISS Digital Partners:

Join us to play a crucial role in growing the ZEISS Digital Partners and take responsibility for the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this challenging function, you will identify and define value proposition and key functionalities of scalable digital solutions to provide a superior customer experience and to generate business value for ZEISS. You will support early ideation phases, understand market trends, explore underlying (ecosystem) business models, and design the required processes and structures. You will further drive implementation by participating in or leading modules of transformative cross-functional projects running in an agile, iterative and impact-oriented manner, working closely together with the ZEISS business units as well as our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners. Further, you will support strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation projects. Together with your fellow colleagues, help us expand our capability to stay on top of digital innovation.

You have:

  • An excellent university degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics, or business
  • Initial professional experience (2-3 years) in a relevant field, e.g. innovation/digital transformation in B2B industries, tech start-ups, or top management consulting
  • A good understanding of the digital economy, its key drivers and different digital business models paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets
  • Strong communication skills and the empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluent German and English language skills
