INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe is a young full-service advertising Agency. We were originally founded as a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group in South Korea in 2005. 2007 we opened our first office in Europe, coming to Frankfurt. Today you can find our offices with more than 350 employees from 35 nationalities across seven European locations, with Frankfurt being the European Headquarter. We are responsible for the entire marketing communication of our two automotive brands Hyundai and Kia. Our goal is to convince existing and new clients outside the automotive industry of our expertise, inspire them and grow together. Tasks
  • Develop and implement (online) measurement strategies that align with our
clients’ marketing and business objectives
  • Analyze reports prepared by AD-tech trading team and data
analysts from research

team (ADOBE360/ GA360 – or read the data from the

reporting dashboard) and develop actionable insights for other

members of strategy team
  • Work with SIGMA, NCBS, JATO, ADOBE360/
GA360 and other data sources to provide

insights – we need you to look beyond numbers and know each research source and

its bias to navigate through the data correctly
  • Provide consultancy on digital campaign tagging and additional on-site
tracking
  • Adapt data processing to current standards
(automation of target audience analysis, implementation of new tools for

visualization, revolutionizing reporting)
  • Build a standardized data request process and
feedback loop (to get a better feeling for what is needed and what can be

provided)
  • Work with the research team and other internal (media, account)
departments as well as with various clients and external partners from

different areas
  • Explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client or
service acquisition
  • Continue education and professional development
(f.i. courses for programming languages like Python, SQL and R, Statistics/

SPSS)

Requirements
  • High level of experience
in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including paid search,

email, affiliate, display and social
  • High level of
experience working with analytical software (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target,

Adobe Launch but also Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience in working
with Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Experience in
identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • Ability to relay
analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders with various levels

of analytical and digital knowledge at all levels of seniority
  • Strong proficiency in
data visualisation (with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau or comparable tools) for

producing client reports and presentations
  • Willingness to learn
and drive a learning culture
  • Experience in working
within an international marketing and communications network environment
  • Fluent in English -
written and spoken
