Where your expertise is needed

  • This role is for our french market only - french skills are a must
  • Moving is a big step for our customers- they expect an high class service from us
  • The reasons for which people move are usually positive: family offspring, civil partnerships, buying a house and much more. At Movinga you have the opportunity to accompany our customers in this important step.
  • You are the first contact for our customers and you will advise them on their move and their price offer by phone
  • We generate warm leads through our marketing channels, which you then convert into offers and revenue
  • You offer a great moving experience and a world class service to our customers
  • Engaging in qualifying conversations designed to communicate our value proposition and to discover sales opportunities
  • Consistently achieving monthly goals (e.g. 200 call minutes per day, 7 offers per day, 40k revenues per month)

Your competencies

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in sales or/and customer service
  • You have experience in handling customers over the phone
  • You like working with daily activity targets and goal setting
  • You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and like to work in a diverse team
  • You are an excellent listener and you have the desire to learn
  • You can deal in a friendly manner both with coworkers and clients
  • You possess strong web and computer skills: MS Office, Salesforce.com desirable
  • You possess excellent french skills (both spoken and written) and english is a +
