This role combines the passion for customer service, and the excitement of working for an internationally known brand name. With a focus on creating the best outdoor and adventure products, my client is an international and well established name.

They are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join their team in Munich, to manage the B2B customers from the Swiss market. You will be in charge of order management, delivery coordination, aftersales processes, and customer care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer care and support
  • Communicate with B2B customers via phone and email about inquiries, orders, and services provided
  • Work together with the sales and logistics teams to deliver orders and services
  • Order management; order entry, review order pricing to ensure seasonal accuracy, ensure orders are on time
  • Monitor product accuracy and communicate with the sales team about any changes
  • Reconciliation of returns, chargebacks, exceptions
  • Support monthly forecasts and support of monthly shipping targets

Your Profile

  • Excellent German and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
  • Experience in customer facing role
  • Passion for working with customers
  • Strong understanding of Xcel
  • Strong multitasking and problem solving mentality
