WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 6-month internship starting April 1st 2023 at our Nike’s Berlin office. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who are willing to drive innovation to win as a team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Become part of the CONVERSE family to optimally develop Your potentials and dive into the exciting and inspirational world of sports & fashion. We are looking for a Sales Intern (m/f/d) who will become a member of our Sales Team in Berlin. You will get the opportunity to get to know our company and be part of exciting projects.

As a Sales Intern at CONVERSE you will provide vital support to the key and field sales team in Germany. You will get a 360 degrees overview of the go to market processes within the territory.

THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Support the sales force on the delivery of successful sales plans which includes managing communication flow within departments and compiling sell through and scorecard reports on a regular basis;
• Gain first sell in experiences with key and field accounts;
• Work with our digital sell in platform;
• Regular Retail & E-Commerce checks for top accounts
• Experience Order Entry Systems and support the sales team with order process;
• Manage building PowerPoint presentations and external engagement;
• Work with an inter-cultural team and get to know our diverse marketplace;

WHAT YOU BRING

• Currently studying in the field Business, Marketing, Digital, Fashion, or other related fields like Sport management, or you are between Bachelor and Master’s degree;
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, German language skills are not mandatory but a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Strong writing skills, being able to add the Converse flair to standard storytelling;
• Confident and creative personality;
• Readiness to learn and be thrown in at the deep end and ability to self-supervise and be proactive;
• Academic, volunteering or previous internship experiences related to Sales are a plus (please include in your CV);
• Passion for fashion, music, sport, skate, and/or art

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• You are currently a student of a degree course (min. 3rd semester), or you are between Bachelor and Master’s degree at a German University.
• Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting April 1st, 2022
