The Contract Manager, Data privacy and Compliance responsible occupies an important position in the sales process of ABB charging infrastructure in ABB E-Mobility GmbH in Germany. You will be responsible to review customer terms and conditions and negotiate those with the EVCI customers with the target to mitigate the risks for ABB E-Mobility GmbH. Furthermore you will secure that our processes are according to the data privacy regulations and acting as compliance officer for the unit. You will act as the key point of contact for all contractual, data privacy and compliance issues.

Your responsibilities

• Consulting and support especially for the sales organization
• Contract interpretation and contract commentary (also in English)
• Drafting of contracts (esp. purchase and work contracts) also in English language
• Conducting contract negotiations
• Training of employees
• Supervision of a sales process from the offer to the contract and beyond, if necessary
• Collaboration in claim preparation, processing and defense
• Maintaining a contract database
• Close cooperation with ELDE/KV and the global ELEM organization

Your background

• Degree in business administration (with legal focus) or law
• Approx. 2 years of professional experience
• English spoken and written (other languages welcome)
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness for continuous learning, further development/trainingSound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of DC charging infrastructure is a plus
