Our partner, EGON OLDENDORFF Management GmbH, is the world market leader in the transportation of bulk cargo, maintaining a fleet of over 700 vessels. In addition to the headquarters in Lübeck, the employees are spread over 15 locations all over the world. For the optimization of business processes and for the comprehensive transformation of the global system landscape into the Microsoft Azure Cloud, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer (m/f/d) at the Lübeck or Hamburg location.

Tasks
  • You drive cloud migration and develop cloud-native solutions together with your team for building the Microsoft Azure landscape
  • You will ensure the further development and improvement of existing cloud systems using Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (e.g. Terraform, Git, ARM, Pulumi, Ansible)
  • You support the optimization and maintenance of the build, test and deployment processes
  • You will work closely with other IT experts from the areas of IT Security, System Administration and Business Application and conduct training on cloud technologies and initiatives
Requirements
  • You have experience with cloud technologies and cloud-based processes
  • You have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure-as-code applications
  • You have gained initial experience with container solutions and container orchestration
  • Ideally, you have expertise in the areas of IP networking, load balancing, firewalling and/or IT security
