We are now looking for an experienced, energetic, creative and results-oriented Channel Marketing Advisorto join our German Marketing Team in Halle.

What You’ll Achieve
You will make a significant contribution to achieve the Channel business goals for Germany through:
- plan, execute and review on MDF (“marketing development funds”) and related funds plus potential Marcom together with our channel partners to ensure it is leveraged to support our strategic priorities
- Manage the channel marketing budget
- Define and build go-to-market and channel marketing strategies for the region. Analyze business performance and long term trends, making recommendations to internal stakeholders on opportunities to grow and enhance the business
- Lead initiatives within channel marketing as well as working with sales and merchandising stakeholders to develop, implement and execute programs and projects that align with channel sales strategy
- Plan, analyze and manage marketing programs and projects to support sales initiatives. Lead local initiatives and ensure first-rate as well as smooth execution across the teams
- Interact and meet with Channel Partners to create and implement marketing strategies, plans and activities that increase our sales out abilities and meet revenue goals. Influence and support marketing leadership of partners to enhance and further develop their marketing and business strategies
- Influence regional and global teams to ensure their programs/communications fit local market needs. Leverage and adapt regional and global channel marketing programs and communications for local market needs for execution in the local market
- Be the main point of contact for Regional Sales Management and Specialist Sales Management for channel marketing. Collaborate with them to assess and prioritize program execution. Present (internally and externally) regularly on sales and marketing performance results and next steps

- Excellent knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising in the technological sector and with channel partners
- Strong knowledge of cross-channel marketing techniques such as Online and Direct Marketing
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
- Strong ability to influence, excellent presentation and executive communication skills
- Excellent project management ability, coordinating numerous projects
- Ability to equip sales teams with an understanding of the proper go-to-market strategies for products and solutions
- 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
