Your Role and Responsibilities

As a „Business Transformation Consultant – Ecosystem” you will work with the LOB Leaders, our partners and customer‘s C-level to bridge business use cases towards technology solutions that could be demonstrated via the Client Engineering Team. You will do this based on common methods, the creation and reuse of assets, based on a strong client-centric orientation.

As a member of the Client Engineering Team you will develop innovative business cases and embedded services capabilities into minimal viable solutions (MVS).

Key areas hereby are

• Support of business value framing, value realization and orchestration practices
• Opportunity identification by working closely with (potential) partners and customers leveraging your experience in the channel business (ISVs/OEMs, GSIs, etc.)
• Development of business cases for follow on work
• Framing changes of operating models and workflow requirements based on the Minimal Viable Solution
• End-to-end responsibility for MVP/MVS development and communicationIBMReferred_Europe

#CLIENTENG

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 years of professional experience in developing MVPs or pilots in business transformation projects
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in strategic business consulting or as technical presales consultant, facing senior leadership levels in large, complex organizations.
• 3+ years of experience in modelling of business cases
• 3+ years of own hands-on experience in technology areas like AI/Data, Automation, IoT, Clouds, etc.
• Experience in helping clients migrate and transform from on premise to cloud infrastructure and operations
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in German and English
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• 2+ years of working knowledge of hybrid multi-cloud architectures, microservices design, DevOps and agile coaching. Architectural knowledge of IBM Cloud, CloudPaks, RedHat OpenShift, containerization/Kubernetes and the RedHat portfolio
• 1+ year of experience in partner business, e.g. understanding OEMs, System Integrators, VARs/VADs, etc..
• Demonstrated skill in developing technical value propositions, pro-forma financial business cases and impactful client proposals.
• Applied experience guiding cloud native development and architectures to business outcomes.
• Applied experience guiding digital transformation in large, complex organizations, e.g. in IoT, AI areas.
