Job Description

As Business Process Manager (m/f/d) you will be an essential part of Digital Supply Chain team within Pandora Global OMNI Operations Development organization.

Your primary focus will be to understand Pandora’s Omni Distribution Center (DC) business processes, systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and their integrations to support our global reporting strategy.

Through close collaboration with Operations you will ensure that data and metrics used in their processes is modelled and applied consistently across all Distribution Centers data landscapes and according to aligned definitions of measures and KPIs.

You will be working with different stakeholders in Omni DC Operations helping in maximizing the value of data. You will identify opportunities, new insights and process gaps and act accordingly to business requirements. Your analysis, support in prototyping, enhancements, and maintenance of our operational data models and Power BI dashboards will help to understand how to be more effective in operational processes and to make timely well informed decisions.

To succeed in this role you need solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, and you need to be able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for closely engaging with stakeholders in Omni DC Operations to ensure that their reporting applications and tools are aligned to business requirements.
  • You will steer the analysis of data to ensure accuracy, speed of delivery and effectiveness improvements.
  • Ensure that the data used and delivered continuously builds trust with its correctness.
  • Ensure that KPIs and metrics are aligned across the Distribution Centers.
  • Monitor and identify gaps in Omni DC Operations processes to address them through recommendation and implementation of process changes.

We expect to meet a proactive, self-driven team player with strong communication and effective relationship building skills. You are data literate with excellent analytical skills and attention to details and you have good business acumen and a critical mindset.

Professional And Personal Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or business Consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data with attention to details and accuracy.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization.
  • Adept in data queries, report design and data visualization.
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Azure data platform and data modeling is a plus
  • Experience of working in an Agile development process a strong advantage

Furthermore, we envision that you have:
  • Bachelor in IT, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Data & Analytics or Statistics would be preferred.
  • Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, databases (SQL, Oracle), Power-BI or similar visualization tools

The purpose of the Digital Supply Chain Team within Global OMNI Operations Development is to secure operational excellence in Pandora Omni Distribution Centers through strong data insights, proactive business process monitoring delivered with agile ways of working.

Working closely with Omni Operations teams and Data & Analytics engineers the team creates value by improving the quality of operational decisions, which are made through analytical insights and continuous process improvements by means of real-time data reporting tools, and also fast technical support.
