As a Business Improvement Manager, you are in charge of projects with a focus on improving business performance, through process optimization and identification of efficiency levers.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • You develop a thorough understanding of our company, encompassing multiple areas within Fashion Store, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, Customer Care, Private labels, Marketing, Off-price, Emerging Businesses, and Technology;
  • You undertake an in-depth evaluation of the problem statement, using tools/methodologies to build an actionable plan to align our understanding with the core teams and the expectations of the sponsor;
  • You work with cross-functional stakeholders on alignment of the scope and deliverables; support on the efficiency measures design and implementation; help to shape the best possible solution for the organization;
  • You lead reporting and communication on projects to stakeholders and management; use KPI frameworks and dashboards as an ideal resource to manage performance and measure success;
  • You collaborate with the team on all topics - ensuring a smooth link between analysis and design/improvement activities;
  • You implement a sense of continuous improvement mindset in the company; share knowledge and enable the team to address future challenges as part of annual reviews;

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You earned an above-average degree. A focus on Business or Finance will be a plus
  • You have 3+ years of work experience with sufficient exposure to Project Management and some focus around Change/Transformation, Continuous Improvement or Process Reengineering
  • You own a strong affinity towards standardization and structure, but willing to tackle chaos with an agile approach
  • You have a knack for people and technology; you want to make it simple for both by applying various tools and methodologies
  • You obtain strong communication skills. You are able to translate raw data into understandable reports and presentations and to efficiently deal with various stakeholders and senior management
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
