Your Responsibilities
  • Steering cross-functional projects of our newly founded brand pre-launch in close collaboration with the marketing, product and operations team
  • Strategic setup of business unit from scratch and the brands strategic orientation
  • P&L responsibility for your own brand within a successful house of brands
  • Steering the product development and go-to-market process with initial portfolio
  • Leading the brand’s team & business unit
  • Developing and rolling out the strategy for enhancing our business activities in that sector
  • Identifying new opportunities, creating new offers and growth concepts including ideation, business case assessment and operational implementation
Your Qualifications
  • Multi-year working experience in Strategy or Management Consulting, ideally in the consumer goods, medical/health or wellness industry
  • Strong in project management and strategy skills
  • Experienced in Sales and Distribution
  • Experienced in management of diverse teams
  • Passionate about persuading critical voices with convincing arguments and highly motivated to tackle challenges
  • Not afraid to take decisions in the light of uncertainty backed by thorough analysis and research
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinker with a creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
  • Strong language skills in English and German, written and spoken, Polish is a plus
