Role

As business analyst you support our fraud solution development team in writing specifications derived from different sources
You work closely with the users of our systems
As product owner you are responsible for the full management of our backlog of one of our modules

Tasks

Investigates operational requirements, problems and opportunities
Seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components
Apply wide range of methodical tools to analyse business requirements
Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems
Works with users/test engineer in defining acceptance tests.
Delivering studies and requirement specifications
Write functional and technical documentation

General Requirements

1-3 years experience in IT Business Analysis
Experience as product owner or similar
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent in comminication
Good experience in Requirement Engineering
Good technical background either as developer, architect or operation support
Very good documentation skills
Excellent in written and spoken English, german or french language skills are nice to have
