The Role

We are recruiting for an Maternity Cover Assistant Store Manager for our Outlet Store in Ingolstadt. This a fantastic opportunity to join a strong and successful business with ambitious yet realistic growth plans. This position is responsible for achieving the sales and profit targets. You support the Store Manager in coordinating the daily operations of the store and sales staff and report the results of your work to your Store Manager. You will work continuously on improving the service quality and sales performance of the team. You ensure that a store ambience is achieved in line with the corporate identity.

PROFILE

• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible Retail Outlet experience
• You are strong in building and maintaining relationships and you also like to work with different departments, you think ahead and work structured
• Experience and ability to delivery of a high level customer service in an Outlet Store.
• Retail operations, customer service, sales experience required
• Communicate honestly, openly and constructively
• Supporting in building team commitment
• Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose
• Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to the changing business environment
• Insure high motivation level to achieve challenging but obtainable goals with an emphasis on service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• You love working with international clients.
• It’s important that you speak German and English fluently
