Overview

As Analyst (f/m/d) Invoice Processing you are responsible for the processing of incoming invoices. Your responsibility is to review and control all financial matters, then send us your application in English now.

Your Role
  • Input, code, audit and analyze all vendor invoices
  • Liaising with treasury team on funding requirements
  • Responsible for AP aging and ensuring vendors are paid in line with agreed payment terms
  • Collaborating with local accountants on each property including querying invoice coding, approvals and following up where necessary
  • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly financial statements

Your Profile
  • Proven previous experience in a similar role
  • Good problem-solving skills: a creative approach with the ability to develop new ideas
  • Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard within tight deadlines
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality and to ensure that confidentiality is maintained
