Your tasks:
Support QHSE department to harmonize existing and evolving business processes while maintaining necessary records and providing regular reporting. Several optimization projects in Health and Safety will require your immediate involvement.

  • Keeping the QHSE records updated
  • Consolidation of reporting on regular basis
  • Maintenance of QHSE relevant orders and requests with 3rd parties
  • Identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement
  • Participation in already existing optimization initiatives

Your profile:

  • Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college or university - preferably major in business administration, technical management, or industrial engineering or similar
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office components
  • Preferable first experience in Quality and/or Health and Safety area
