Your responsibilities
n Supporting our agile teams in IT and telecommunication related processes
Ø Be our touchpoint for first level support
Ø Independent solution of hard- and software problems
Ø Create and update manuals and help articles for our colleagues
Ø Communication and coordination with external service providers
Ø Administration of different phone systems
n Management, documentation and inventory of hardware
n Development of IT-based solutions and optimization concepts for operational processes
Your skills
n Student/graduate in the field of IT/computer science/network engineering/business administration
n Alternatively, min. 2 years of experience in IT support or a network technology related role
n Knowledge of/experience with MS Office suite, switching and routing, IP phones
n Full working proficiency in German, with very good English language skills
n Quick comprehension, decisiveness and communication skills
n Organizational talent, high degree of initiative and service mentality
n Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
