STABL Energy strives for sustainable energy use with its power conversion technology. Our goal is to increase the deployment of energy storage for renewable energy by setting a new standard for battery storage. With our easy-to-integrate technology, we improve battery storage systems in terms of design, safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and handling.

Responsibilities

With your support, you will help to further develop our team and thus pursue our vision. Together, we are creating the foundation for the next generation of battery storage. You will work closely with the founding team. In this role, you will:

  • support the handling and development of HR-related tasks (both conceptually and operationally) along the entire employee lifecycle from on- to offboarding
  • maintain existing and potentially open up new recruiting channels
  • support the development of current employees by shaping a powerful upskilling / learning environment and assisting in career model & talent management
  • Other tasks and fields include talent acquisition (including recruiting strategy), employer branding, talent pool management, as well as diversity and inclusion management

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Social Science, Business Informatics or similar
  • Ideally, you already have first practical experience in the field of Human Resources
  • You are open to new things and can deal with problems creatively
  • You have an independent, structured and systematic way of thinking
  • Good knowledge of German and English
