What will your role be?
  • You will be in charge of contracts administration for the legal team in EMEAR and India (creation of the contracts, signature process as well as the support of the DPO function in ECAL).
  • You will support local lawyers in EMEAR and India with daily tasks related to LEX (legal data base), NDA, localisation of contractual templates (including translation) and the administration of compliance checks (such as for DD for Distributors).
  • You will participate in internal and external meetings together with legal counsels and you will help with follow-up actions such as organisation of meetings or drafting of legal documents.
  • You will generally support the Geo legal deparments in EMEAR and India in day-to-day activities.

Your key success factors:
  • You are currently an enrolled student in the field of Law
  • You are fluent in German and English, ideally another European language such as Spanish, Turkish or Polish

  • You pay attention to detail and are eager to learn.
