The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business

partner to the sales organization reporting to the President of the

Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG. The team supports the business by

optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes,

striving to improve existing commercial processes, and implementing

functionalities into our Business Intelligence tools.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Build commercial KPI reports in Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence Tool)
  • Improving existing dashboards
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive, commercial, business unit, market and product management based on CRM data
  • Contributing to automating reports in various forms
  • Development and implementation of data-driven use cases
  • Testing and researching about latest BI functionalities
Qualifikationen
  • Bachelor or Master student (minimum in 4th semester), ideally in Data Analysis / Big data or business administration, informatics, industrial engineering, econometrics
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics and/or reporting experience
  • Strong technical background and be current on modern BI and reporting technologies (preferably Power BI)
  • Deep experience with data visualizations and tools
  • Demonstrated working effectively in teams
  • Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
  • Eye for detail when it comes to KPI visualizations
  • Fluent language skills in English
