How To Contribute To Our Vision
- Supports Business Administration Management of an assigned business organization.
- Supports completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.
- Supports consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.
- Performs standardized checks on supplier and/or customer contracts, and files respective information.
- Ensures analyses and evaluation of the product or project portfolio and evaluates capital expenditure proposals.
- Supports in preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.
- Supports in cash collection.
- Supports in master data clean up and creation.

- Enrolled as a Bachelor- or Master student in the area of Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Previous work experience would be beneficial but it is not mandatory
- Fluency in English (C1) and German(C2), both orally and in writing. French (B2) knowledge would be a big advantage.
- Knowledge of Office package, especially Excel. SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- A person with an open minded personality, entrepreneurial skills and very good analytical skills
