Werkstudent HR Controlling (m/w/d)

Part-time employee, Berlin

Your tasks will include:

  • Extensive cooperation in the creation and conception of HR standard reports

  • Analysis and evaluation of HR KPIs

  • Collaboration in the further development of our reporting landscape

  • Supporting annual HR processes such as personnel cost planning, salary and bonus planning as well as ad-hoc requests

  • Plausibility check of reported personnel costs in the Financial Performance Management System

  • Support in the maintenance of master data in the personnel management system

Your Profile:

  • Studies in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics or comparable courses of study

  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • An affinity for numbers and enjoys preparing and analysing data

  • Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)

  • Initial experience with Personio and PowerBI is an advantage
