If you’re a passionate Visual Designer, we’re offering you the opportunity to join the diverse team at our Düsseldorf HQ and make a real difference in our scaleup environment.

???? What You’ll Do
  • Develop cross-channel visuals that engage our existing customers
  • Responsibility for the weekly visuals for our promotions campaign
  • Test and validate your designs either through user testing or A/B testing online
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders crafting solid concepts
  • Research retail trends, conduct competitor reviews, and create mood boards
  • Learn from other designers and incorporate feedback
  • Partner up with well-known brands on collaboration campaigns and new concepts
⭐ About You
  • Education in a relevant design field
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Fluent German, as well as English skills
  • Passion for visual design and a solid (online) portfolio
  • Competent with Adobe Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Experience with photography and animation is a plus, but not a must
  • Ability to clearly present design options and explain design decisions
  • Attention for detail, ability to notice the small but important things
  • Ability to quickly recognize and adopt new trends
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Communicator
  • Eligibility to work in Germany
