We’re seeking a future team member for the role of an SPV Manager (VP) to join our Fund Operations SPV Management team. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Ensuring a regular reporting in accordance with § 249, II KAGB (German Capital Investment Law) including corresponding validations and comments
  • Management of closings, corporate actions and investment operations
  • Shaping of the reporting requirements and framework for new transactions
  • Active coordination and support of external accountants, tax advisors and auditors
  • Processing of reports and financial statements and ensuring data integrity
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor´s degree (preferably in finance or economics)
  • Knowledge of Asset Investment Management
  • Strong (fund) accounting background
  • High quality awareness
  • Good understanding of real estate investment products and corresponding investment structures
  • Proactivity due to time-critical processes as well as ability to escalate accordingly
