Your Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to different teams
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
- Lead discovery processes through workshops and design sprints in interdisciplinary teams
- Create consumer journeys and user flows for software, brand websites, apps and digital services
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines
- Experiment with innovative technologies, use them creatively and explore their full potential
Your Profile
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools such as Sketch, Figma or similar
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluently spoken and written English skills are essential, German is a plus
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
