About the role

Become part of the BayWa r.e. Employer Branding team as University Relations and HR Marketing Specialist (f/m/d). Your target group will be the university graduates – and how to best reach and attract them. This global role is an exciting opportunity in the field of renewables. Learn, grow with us and propel us forwards. We never stop learning from each other.

What You Will Do

  • As our specialist in university marketing and campus management you will create a framework for our global, regional and local efforts, thereby researching and defining this special target group and their ecosystem
  • You will adapt our existing employer branding material and create new pathways, coordinating our internal cooperation
  • You will build networks both internally and externally, to e.g. professors, study field representatives and other important multipliers
  • You will establish a student retention program, in close cooperation with other HR departments

What You Bring

  • You will join us with a degree with a focus on human resources, marketing, communication, a comparable field or a comparable commercial education.
  • Ideally, you have some practical experience in the field of university marketing or event management.
  • You appreciate having a high level of personal responsibility within a well-coordinated team
  • You bring a distinct hands-on and self-starter mentality
