To expand our team in the Tax department, we are looking within the company Kelvion Holding GmbH at its headquarter in Bochum (Germany) for a:

Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Point of contact for the business for day-to-day questions in the area of transfer pricing and, as such, pragmatically drive transfer pricing solutions together with the business
  • Being involved in the maintenance and enhancement of the Group’s transfer pricing system, including internal training and audits
  • Being involved in business restructurings in the Group and ensure that all transfer pricing relevant tax aspects are properly identified and managed
  • Update and adapt Kelvion Group’s global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files)
  • Assist in tax audits around the world in the area of transfer pricing and thereby, work with, external advisors
  • Implementation and later maintenance of the Tax Compliance Management System of the Group
  • Support the German tax function in all VAT, Corporate Income tax and other tax matters and also support the Group in tax reporting and tax accounting
  • Assist in tax audits regarding the German entities of the Group
Our Expectations:
  • Bachelor/Master of Economics or Bachelor/Master of Laws. Certified tax advisor is an advantage but no precondition
  • 2-4 years of experience in transfer pricing either on tax advisor side or in a tax team of a multinational enterprise
  • Analytic and structured approach to complex fact patterns
  • Very experienced in MS Office and business fluent language skills in German and English
  • Professional communication skills and eager to work in teams
  • Ability to learn quickly, pro-active behavior, flexibility and willingness to perform
