Teacher for Special Tasks (LfbA) (f/m/d) - Microprocessor Technology/Embedded Systems.At Merseburg University of Applied Sciences, the following position is available in the Department of Engineering and Natural Sciences at the earliest possible date.Lecturer for special tasks (LfbA) (f/m/d)in the field of microprocessor technology/embedded systems(full-time)Duties
  • Conduct courses in the field of microprocessor technology/embedded systems for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs from the fields of electrical engineering, automation technology, applied computer science, as well as for other engineering degree programs, if required.
  • Implementation of practical courses and exercises in the areas of fundamentals of electrical engineering, electronics as well as digital technology.
  • Elaboration of experimental instructions and of Mu¬ster protocols.
  • Support in the supervision of seminar papers and bachelor theses.
  • Collaboration in the design of the study programs
  • Perception of administrative university tasks
  • Collaboration on research tasks within the scope of the teaching area
Prerequisites
  • Scientific university degree in microprocessor technology/embedded systems or in a related field.
  • Teaching experience in higher education and didactic competence.
  • Practical experience is desired
  • an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
  • very good knowledge of English
Remuneration is up to pay group 13 TV-L if the relevant personal requirements are met.
